Our business travel department is affiliated with UNIGLOBE - the worlds largest single-brand travel organisation with more than 750 locations in over 40 countries.  Our affiliation with UNIGLOBE means that we have access to a huge range of services that many others are not large enough to offer. 

In March 2010 we were delighted to be awarded the coveted UNIGLOBE STAR Agency status, in recognition of our outstanding customer service record - as endorsed by our clients in the annual customer service satisfaction survey.

The UNIGLOBE STAR Agency Award is awarded for customer service and quality in performance.  Any agency that has been a UNIGLOBE agency for a minimum of twelve months, is in compliance with UNIGLOBE System Standards and has achieved the minimum requirement in each measurement area is eligible. Agency standards for business sales and service excellence are assessed annually to rigorously reflect the dynamic needs and expectations of UNIGLOBE customers. The STAR Agency designation is awarded only to agencies which live up to the UNIGLOBE mission of "setting the standard" in the industry for professionalism and reliability.

  • Professionalism.  Our staff are certified travel professionals, every agent undergoes extensive customer service and quality assurnce training.
  • Travel Management Services.  We can be relied upon to offer a complete range of Travel Management Services and Leisure Travel Services.
  • Communications. Clients are important to us, your telephone calls will be answered promptly and we will respond to every inquiry promptly.
  • Quality-Assured Reservations.  Our reservations are subject to our multi-point quality assurance system for error free reservations.
  • Quality-Assured Documents.  Our documents are 100% accurate and 'worry-free' because of our multi-point quality assurance system.
  • Best-fare Assurance.  We are committed to researching all appropriate buying channels for 'best fares' including but not limited to GDS fares, web fares, private/contract fares, consolidator fares and UNIGLOBE network fares. 
  • 7/24 RescueLine is a service available for customer use 24 hours a day.
